I had the worst experience ever at Dischem Westgate today 27/01/2023. The lady at the Self Medication Dispensary was rude with no client skills as how to treat a customer. I could allready see that she was irretated when the client she assisted left and i was next to be helped. I gave her my Dischem Card however she still insisted on my name and surname. She swiped my card 3 times and threw it on the counter, whereby i gave her my name and surname. I had to repeat my surname 3 times as how to spell it. VAN ROOYEN. After she gave my medication I told her that she is very rude and what is her name. She gave her name, however turned away as if she didnt want to give it. I hope it is the right name she gave as she didnt wear a name badge. "Nobisa". I also laid a complaint at the custome service desk as I truly feel that she does not know how to be friendly and helpfull towards customers. She was blatantly rude.
