Humiliation

My problem was at Dis chem Willow Bridge Belleville There security search one of my most trusted employees at the entrance of the pharmacy claiming she steel something and that after she waited 20 minutes outside the door for her friend who was still do shopping inside Dis Chem this happend 6/09/2020 it was on a Sunday. They let her go after finding nothing but without a sorry for the humiliation they caused her etc. The next day i go to see the manager and request to see the vidio footage which was denied and to see the security guard as well as his boss which was also denied. The next day the manager phone me she want to give me the security company's owner phone number so that i can give him a call in order for him to explain to me the procedure of the security officer which i denied Simple reason from my side they search some one in the public after standing at the entrance for 20 minutes in front of lots of people so i did not want to hear his procedure because if that is there procedure i wont shop there any more and would suggest you dont either to avoid possible humiliation
