Humiliating experience in the hands of condescending attitude by Dischem Wonderpark store manager, Mr Mark Jansen Van Rensburg.

Dischem wonderpark sold me a fan that on assembling one component was missing. And when I returned it back to them, the store manager Mark Jansen Van Rensburg, treated like a ****bag. He insinuated that I am making a false claim and I should be thrown out of the shop. And they won't take back the product. Mark Jansen Van Rensburg exhibited ****** tendencies by first assuming that I am a lier and trying to educate me of how I should conduct myself when talking to him, even claiming that the stuff at dischem are his people with a tone that he own the stuff personnel.

I was not refunded all of my claim after a public spectacle lead by the store manager.

I still will be perusing full refund with the store because I believe I have suffered more than being humiliated at the store, and that includes my travel expenses for moving around with the incomplete product.

I hate having to use Dischem Wonderpark.
