Humiliated by security

A guy but the name of Prince at dischem accused my sister and i for stilling a product at dischem yesterday when she came with my mother to get medication. After clarifying several times that I wasn't there... He then took us in the security room to come firm positive I'd. He even assumed that we were dishonest and kept interrogating us. Only to find out he had half some girls face and not even the same hair... Turns out the manager didint know what was happening. I need this to be clarified and I will not just take an apology. This is disgusting behaviour and I am still in shock about it.
