Humiliated and treated like a ********- Dischem President Hyper (Vanderbjilpark)

Saturday afternoon at around 16:00 I walked into Dischem, President Hyper Vanderbijlpark with my two kids aged 3 and 1. Like any mother I packed a couple of snacks in case they get cranky while we're shopping. In the baby isle while shopping I notice a guy who seemed to be working there but was not wearing Dischem uniform. I went on with my shopping as usual and at a point I took out two tropika juices (the lunch box size one) from my nappy bag since my kids were getting restless( I didn't think to get those juices marked by the security guy as I was not aware that Dischem sold those). I went on to shop, went to the tills to pay and left the shop as usual. I then went to president hyper (grocery shop ) to meet my husband who was already shopping, 30 or so minutes the same guy I saw at dischem while shopping rocks up in the middle of the supermakert accompanied by a security man saying they needed to check my Dichem slip as it seems there was a payment dispute he said, I obliged and handed the slip over. I then asked what the issue was ...he then said I didn't pay for the juices I'd given my kids inside the shop and that I hadn't marked it with the security guy. I explaine that the juices were from home and that I didn't think Dischem sells those small tropika juices in the six packs-maybe my ignorance but I'm still to see them in thier store. My issue is the execution of this "security check", the guy was obviously following me around in order to conclude I'd taken the juices without paying- where is the decency of just tapping my shoulder to say "hey please don't forget to pay for those juices or did you come in with those or did the security guy see those???" Instead he waits untill I have left the shop and comes while I'm busy shopping with my family, to humiliate me in public like that. I spent a total of R1600 on that day and to be suspected of *****ing something that is not even worth R30 is not only rediculous but also insulting. Did this guy and the security check the ccv camera to see where I took the juices from? They were so quick to come and startle me in public, treating me like a ********. I buy all my baby essentials and toiletries at Dischem and I have been doing so for years. Both my kids are regulary immunised there as well- I am not deserving of such treatment and I'll be taking my business else where.
