Humidifier rusting and health hazard

Bought Electra steamer a month ago and it works well but the *****s inside the heat mechanism and element has started to rust and made the water muddy brown and full of metal rust particles. I spent 1 hour cleaning the humidifier and spent another R250 for descaling product only to find that the actual *****s are not made from stainless steel but low grade mild steel which will always rust in water. I am very disappointed with this product heath and safety and request a safer alternate product or another one that is not going to rust. I am unable to drive back to the store to have this item replaced as not in good health. I await the store manager to provide guidance on way forward of replacement product one that is not defective.
