How many calls does it take to get through to the clinic?

I have called 3 Dis-Chems for bookings at one of their clinics, and I have just been transferred from post to post with no response. I called and I got transferred to one person then I am informed that this person cannot make the booking. I then got transferred to another line and there is either no answer or the person has to transfer me to another line. Can I just get one person to talk to, who can help me make an appointment to visit the clinic!
