How Dischem has been treating us

My uncle passed away since the 28th of September and we still haven't buried him because @dischemlife hasn't paid out the insurance money . Dischem called my neighbour asking if my uncle has passed away although they have the police report and death certificate, a mother cant bury her son , my mother cant bury her brother . As a mourning family we have deal with neighbours coming these information of us Dischem harrassing them. Till today we haven't buried my uncle & give him a proper dignified burial. On tiktok we have 9000+ likes and 80000+ viewers but Dischem doesn't care still.
