How can one take out medical insurance for an amount of R800 pm, but this medical aid can only be used at public hospitals!! Public health institutions are there for free And this we found out on friday 15 September 2023, when I became Ill again and we called the ambulance services, the paramedic advised that this medical aid can only be used at public Hospitals/ state hospitals. This is totally unacceptable and I believe that that company is advertising falsely
