Horror at Dis-chem (carnival mall)

Dis-chem (carnival mall) seems to think it's okay to frame old ladies for shop lifting and detain them for over 3 hours while their pervert guard takes pictures of them for his own enjoyment before calling in police and getting them locked up, this has happened to my mom and grandmother this past Sunday it was a really horrible experience for them and the guard actually has a wall of pictures of women in his office that his done the same thing to,,, I would love for him to be fired or arrested for the harassment his caused to all those women,, what kind of business are they running? On top of it all the other Dis-chem employees seem to be okay or used to his perverted behavior as no one helped or intervined... Really need some advice going forward
