Horrific service

DISCHEM BROMHOF/ BOSKRUIN: I have never experienced service like this. Every time I go there I have an issue. To name a few occasions: 1. I have been dispensed SOMEONE ELSES medication. Which is incredibly dangerous. And I had to go in and make them aware of this. There was no apology what so ever. 2. I have showed up with a script for two months worth of schedule 6 medication, however one months supply lasts me two months. I made the pharmacist aware of this and I was told that they could keep the one box aside for me so I can come and collect it in 2 months to avoid the risk of the script expiring. I have gone to collect this medication two months later and I have now been told I cannot as both the script and the loaded medication has expired. The man who helped me two months ago was not in and the pharmacist that helped me today made me wait half an hour before she could help me. There was zero understanding of the situation and was made incredibly clear that this whole situation is my fault. My psychiatrist is only back at work at the end of January and I made this clear to her that it is urgent and I’m a bit stuck on my side. I left there in a state of panic and there was zero empathy through out this process.
