Horrific pap smear at dischem sandton

My friend and i had a pap smear and breast exam done at the dischem sandton city clinic, as they were running this special for the month of February. It was extremely uncomfortable and painful, and i know this should not be the case as this was not my first pap smear, additionally my friend had the same complaints. I am still experiencing cramps 4 days later and friend even had a bit of blood come out. This is disappointing and unacceptable we would like to hope that sister did not cause any damage!!
