Horribly long queues

I was there on Sunday and the Q was all the way down to the end of the first Aisle and then on Monday the Q was hafway down the frist Aisle and both times I had purchase medication. There were only 5 tellers on Duty on Sunday and 4 on Monday and I really felt like fainting. This is unacceptable and cruel and waiting for longer than 15mins in the Queue is just unacceptable. The Old diskem is so much better than this new revamped store and in every way
