Dis-chem Menlyn Mall (Horrible treatment)

I was at Menlyn mall this afternoon (07/10/2024) To buy some few items including normally locked medication, we were then ambushed by the dis-chem security when we already outside the shop Security claimed that camera attended saw something that he wanted to show us on the camera We then comp**** but the was nothing to show us Camera men instead asked us if we didn’t forget one of the items, the item he was referring to is the one that is locked inside the small that can only be opened by the cashier. He still insisted that we didn’t pay for the item, I gave him till slip Instead of acknowledging his mistake, he resorted being violent. We then called the manager to intervene but he apologised and he said he will deal with the matter privately
