Horrible service. They dont care about their customers

Horrible service i receive at Dis-chem in Menlyn. I was told that my doctor should send email for my repeat medication directly to dispensary at menlyn and the pharmacy lady even told me that i can ask the doctor to cc on the email so that i know the letter has been sent. I then called to confirm if I can come and collect my medication. I was told that I wont be able to because the doctor was not suppose to cc me on the email. Horrible service. They dont care about customer. Im never buying at this store again
