Horrible Service from the dispensary department

The worst service ever , I get to Southgate Mall Dis-Chem for medication ,the prescription was supposed to be loaded on the system but to my surprise they never loaded it on the system , when I got there the pharmacist tells me that I do not have any repeats, i ask her to pull out the prescription for me because I remember it clearly I 4 months repeat and the package has 30 pills . the lady then has the nerve to tell me that the prescription has expired , how so when i clearly asked Desmond (another pharmacist) to load it and he reassured me that it is loaded. the lady then says i should've taken all 8 boxes at once , who does that and how can that be done and if that's the case why wasn't I told before.

I now have to pay R800 for another prescription , all thanks to the *********** workers of Dis-Chem , clearly they know nothing about treating customers fairly
