Horrible service

Worst experience in a store. Was at Dis Chem Cape Gate on Sunday with my wife and daughter as we decided to go there instead of Clicks. While in the store working with them I noticed this security standing at the end of the aisle looking at us. Went to the second aisle and then noticed the same guy and then to the third aisle and noticed the same guy watching us and it's them I took offence tho this kind of treatment in the store. At that point I was xtremely irritated and addressed the matter to a staff member in the aisle and all she said was I will speak to the manager. I then left my family and went to stand outside. I then decided that why must I spend my money in a store such a profiling policy and went back inside and at that point my wife was about to pay and I told her to leave everything and that I will not spend my money in such a store. And to make matters worse they then laugh at me while speaking in their language patronising me which really got to me to a point that I felt like I was going to lose my self control on this guy. I will never walk in there again and will rather go to clicks irrespective of their pricing. We spend more that R1000 a month as a family on their type of product and always decide between them and clicks but now I know where to go.
