Horrible service

Horrible service. I ordered via dischem deliver D and the shopper messed up my order. I was then given a voucher as compensation instead of a refund or delivery of the item I need. Now I must place another order and pay for deliver AGAIN for something that's not my fault. I've sought help and keep being promised management will call to resolve and nothing gets done. They refuse to refund me for the missing item or to deliver it.
