HORRIBLE SERVICE AT DISCHEM!

I am very disappointed and disgusted with the treatment I got at Dischem Klerksdorp (flamwood walk) this past Sunday. After securing a clinic booking online, I went to the store. I was told by the very rude and condescending manager Suzette Marx that the clinic wasn't open. Contrary to that, the call center agent said the nurse just didn't show up for work that day. So which is true? Also if the clinic wasn't opened why did I not receive any communication prior to my appointment. I had to go there and find out myself? Very unprofessional and unsafe. The absolute worst experience I've had with any business ever.
