Horrible service

What a horrible experience I've had with Dischem Highveld Mall,second visit, same experience. So, l get to the store looking for first aid refill and a few things. I get assisted by Gugu who tried(thank you), but couldn't get me what l was looking for because the person in charge of the isle is on a tea break, l wait for about 20 more minutes and another lady comes(Thandi/Thandeka) they ask her to assist and she shouts from afar asking what am l looking and Gugu explained, she dismissively rep**** saying she can't assist as she is also not fami**** with what l'm looking for. I decided to proceed paying for what l already had in the basket.l get assisted by Thokozani Masangu who forced me to open a Dischem card despite telling him about the horrible experience l have received with the shop. I then told him l have already run out of time waiting to be serviced therefore l can't waste more time, he didn't seem bothered. I was forced to leave the items behind. I am really disappointed with their service especially because this is happening for the second time.
