Horrible Service

<p>Disappointed customer.<br />Today I went to Dischem Westgate and your staff<br /> there are very rude. I bought a dental floss which was marked R9.99 but to my mistake l took the one that was R42.92. I immediately went back to the store to return it and the sales lady by the name of Busisiwe Buthelezi told me in face that a dental floss can never be R9.99. So in essence she called me a lie. We then went to the shelf to go prove "my story". It turns out that dental floss can be R9.99, but it was a different brand to what I took. I then asked for a refund and upon processing my transaction she requested for a voucher instead of the cash refund (she confirmed this with her supervisor while I was still standing there). The supervisor by the name of Methrine told me that I'll be getting a voucher and I asked why can't I get my money back and she told me that refunds can only be given in a form of a voucher.. <br />Firstly service was pathetic, the lady who originally helped me looked bored and irritated (Thokozile Ngwenya). And secondly am told that I cannot get money back and that I need to spend my money in a place where am not appreciated.<br />I don't wanna spend any of money in a place where I feel like I am an inconvenience. And I know that the lady **** about the voucher story. So can you please help me to get my money back. I don't want a voucher, I want my money back. <br />Hoping to hear from you soon.</p>
