horrible service

good day I have been a very Loyal client of Dis-Chem over the past couple of years and I have always just had good service but today I feel disgusted with the service that I received from Dis Chem Hillcrest in Lynnwood road from Cashier M. Raseroka and the manager who's name I did not get I went to get a couple of things and especially I was looking for sun screen for my baby, there was a special on the Everysun Kids Trigger spray SPF50 the price on the shelf was marked for R104.96 and it was rung up as R159.99 (there is ALWAYS a price issue) so they tell me at the till that it is on 30% discount but the price was still more than the marked price and the cashier called the manager and she says she does not know how to change it so I said well please get someone to change it and she says she is the one that must change it and they kept on saying things in another language that I DO NOT understand and that I must say is very RUDE & UNPROFFESIONAL but still I am the client that supports them but they don't give a damn as I am just a number and if this is the case then I don't want to support them anymore the service was SHOCKINGLY bad
