Horrible Service

This happened at Promenade Branch in Cape Town. I was served by a pharmacist named Anton, a white middle aged man with a stinking attitude on Friday 22 September. I got to the counter and this guy didn't even greet me. I greeted and he respondent reluctantly. I then told him that I am fetching a script which needed a top-up fee and I didn't have it at the time. He immediately tells me that he packed it away that morning because it was laying there for over a month without even taking the copy of the script from me. I told him that's not possible because I was there a little under 2 weeks and I gave him my script. He took it and gave me generics for some of the things the doctor prescribed without asking me first. A questioned him about this and he told me that he did what the previous pharmacist should have done which is to give me what my medical aid covers. And he went on to tell me that it's my medical aid I should know the rules. So I told him that the previous pharmacist gave me an option of the generics and I declined hence I was coming later to fetch the items. What he should have done is to ask me first before just assuming that I would prefer generics. I told him that that was not my first time at the pharmacy but I have never received such poor service. Which he cut in and responded that he doesn't know me either and I can't expect him to everyone, he deals with a lot of people and that was how he treats everyone. I never expected him to remember me, I was just about to give him feedback about his service. And he told me that I am welcome to report him which I did. And the manager on duty told me that he will speak to him and I said I want him to apologise to me. The manager spoke to him and he apologised reluctantly, I could sense the frustration on his part.
