Horrible online service!

Dischems Online buying option is PATHETIC to say the least. Its for the 3rd time now i order products online (because the store in Kimberley doesnt have) then im told that the online department has told the store to refund me because “they” dont have the products in store. My question is how is this my problem? Y have an online option? Because clearly its useless. It cant be that when i try buying something online to be delivered i must still have a problem receiving it. It CANNOT be! I ordered online because i have numerously been going to the STORE to find that the product i want isnt available, hence i revert to online buying and opt for a delivery because im assuming it will be sent from wherever the “warehourse or headoffice” is and keeps their products!

Im irritated and very angry that i must go through the same thing so many times!
