Horrible experience Online

Horrible Ever experience. Place a order online 30th September. Today 8th October and still no update or order. Send and email and only get automated reply. Called the help line. Lady picked up took my details and *** and told me do I mind holding so that she can confirm with online dep.Hold for approximate 20min.And lady came back with response Online department is to buzy to assist now but Can she take my details and someone will get back to me before day end. Its now 18:47 And still absolutely no response.Now Im asking why do they have a available oprion to deliver and place online if it is more then a headache then a relieve.
