Horrible experience

Ordered online on the 23rd of June. I tried tracking the parcel and checking with the courier regarding delivery of my parcel but I was given a run around. Today the 1st of July I call the online department and they tell me that the parcel is still in PE the courier returned it. When I ask why they say they don’t know why.
