Horrible Dishonest Service

Hallo, please do not order from Dischem if you don't want to get frustrated and waste all you time and airtime, rather use Clicks. I have placed 4 orders from dischem. I have to double check my order against my slip. I have ordered for example 20 items and only received by example 12, they still put those 12 on your slip, they dont credit you and it is a hell of a mission to get your credit. Nobody is able to assit you and you get transferred from you person to another which all just make empty promises. They other scenario, they put items on your slip, that you have not even ordered, and although you don't receive that items, they still charge you to make up for some items that was not in your order. The online order department, persons like Leanda form Dischem Direct are useless, and Tracey from Hallfway, they just make empty promises and don't get back to you. Spare yourself. If you do order, double check your order, but I advise you to rather use Clicks, they are honest and deliver a proper service
