Pathetic is the word of the day for Dischem Hartbee****rt. Asked to see a floor manager or anyone to help with finding a product that is nowhere on the shelf. Michell is apparently the person, she was called twice with a Michael since she was not responding. Neither bothered to respond. Between the shelves I could hear other staff telling customers that they have no stock of some other products. So poor planning and organisation with no interest by management makes for bad customer experiences. So bye bye, you might be the only Dischem in Harties but seriously Sandton and or Pretoria shopping is not that far to avoid the mess that your shop is in!
