Horrible delivery

I am highly Disappointed with your delivery, we placed an order for nappies and a few toddler item at 15:00 yesterday (2/02/2025)

OH at that time it was not raining at all as we were advised Delivery will take 60 minutes once order is accepted

I am writing this at 08:39 21-02-2025 my kids are still without nappies my money has been taken what are my kids supposed to do now?
