Horrible customer service

Today I was at Dis-chem Meadowdale to buy a Joop 200ml which is currently on promotion , after the purchase of my Joop I then asked cashier who was helping me to pay for her to check how many point I have on my dis-chem card , she then directed me to the customer service.

I went to the customer services and met Vania who gave me an attitude, the lady doesn't understand customer services at all she was screaming at me while I was talking to her nicely, my wife was also shocked on what was happening since she was screaming at me , the security lady was also there and when I asked her name since she didn't have name tag she spelled it to me using disrespectful voice.Im giving this feedback because I care about dis-chem and its growth, I also recommend the lady to be taught about Ubuntu and customer care or service.
