Horrible customer service

Horrible experience from Angelique and Thabang at Dischem Parkmeadows store, they refused to fill our patients prescription. With the coronavirus outbreak we emailed our patient her script and sent it to her via whats app. They were very rude and evasive tiwards me and rwfused to call the doctor when asked to do so. The doctor is Dr Ayesha Omar - Dermatologist at Netcare Linksfield Hospital.
