Horrible customer service

The manager there is so unprofessional and gives bad customer service. He is not able to deal with client complain instead he call employees to come and deal with client complain. The fellow colleague felt me in shock when he was supposed to help us he told us to no longer come in the store if we no longer want to use the store and walked away. Is this how dischem train managers to deal with customers. I can't believe what had just happened, I was thrown out of dischem by an employee... Should I laugh. I am shocked for days. Dischem is my money no longer being valued. Was Levy and Nicholas at soshanguve crossing suppose to treat me how they just did? Please clarify this, it's a disappointment
