Horrible customer service

A horrible customer service by the pharmacist called Rondani at Dis-cherm Mall@R55. First time buying Medicine on medical aid, she tells me she needs to create a profile, she will need identification because I'm not a member on the medical aid.

I step aside and call my sons father to send me a picture of his ID. He says he's on the road and he doesn't have it with him. I asked Rondani if Drivers license is OK, she reluctantly say it OK but she prefers ID copy. And i offer my sons birth certificate with information of Me, the father and my sons. She says she can't use the birth certificate, she wants the ID copy. I tell her that the father is send a photo of drivers license but because of network where he is, it's delaying. She screamed at me saying that i said i had a network issue so i must go outside the store to get service.

Finally i get the drivers license, she's stalling and would not give me service. I had to tell her 3 times that i have recieved the drivers license.
