Horrible customer service

Yesterday I bought Huggies gold nappies online, went to Dischem neighbourhood as per my pickup point of choice.

Arrived at customer service to collect and was told that they were advised of an error on the system with pricing.

I requested for a refund and the manger, Ricardo shrug his shoulders and told me that I am not getting the nappies nor a refund. I advised him I need nappies as I have 4 nappies left in the house and he was unfazed.

To my surprise I’m the only customer who came to collect from there yet this manger could not out of customer service even give me the small pack of Huggies just until that refund is processed of which he advised that he’s not sure when that will be until head office communication.
