Horrible costumer service.

I went to get my prescriptions at Dis-Chem Blue Crane, the pharmacist assisted me well and then I got to the till point, I was assisted by a Cashier by the name of Mapule Khanye. I asked her how much the probiotics cost, she said “Hai, I don’t know” she sounded and seemed very interested, I asked another question (can’t remember the question) she got very irritated again, I then told her she’s very rude and she shouldn’t show so much irritation to customers, she then laughed in a very ratchet way and then said “don’t start, you have a lot of stress and your taking it out on me”. I told her that’s not how one behaves at work, I told her I’m gonna report her to her supervisor, who was literally across the till, she said “you can go, there she is” with so much confidence, totally unbothered to be reported clearly because her supervisor was there and did nothing until I approached her and told her to take Mapule for costumer service training cause such behaviour is embarrassing and very unprofessional. I don’t understand why Dischem would have such people with such ratchet behaviour and not do anything about it.
