Horrible clinic services

Good day

I am so so so angry right now because I discussed this with Nurse Janine Ndlovu but she brushed it off when I asked her why the invoice showed R0.01 instead of the actual R250.00. I took my son for immunisation on the 31st of August and then I submitted the claim to my medical aid with the R0.01 invoice and my payment receipt and that claim was rejected because the invoice said R0.01. Bonitas medical aid wants the R250.00 showing on the invoice. Please can this be sorted out asap because I want to claim the R250 from my medical aid urgently. I need an actual invoice sent to me via email because I will not use MY petrol to drive to the store to go sort this out as this was no fault of mine, especially because I addressed the problem then and there.
