Horrible attitude of Admin Manager (Cherri Konigkramer)

I have visited the new Dischem at Woodburn Square , Pmb. Had an absolute nasty experience with an arrogant Admin Manager by the name of Cherri Konigkramer. A mistake was made by the cashier of which the cashier acknowledged but Cherri Konigkramer refused to help solve the problem. She blatantly has no regard for customer service and I believe a person with her attitude should not have a managerial position. I was eventually helped and problem solved by the helpful Regional manger by the name of GRAHAM , now Dischem needs to employ more people like Graham and definitely not like Cherri.
