I’ve been a satisfied,frequent Dischem customer for a while now . But I’ve never received aaa terrible service as I did at Dischem Park Station .

I went there with a prescription on my phone and they said to email it to them so they print before they give me the medication . Sounds simple enough right ? No . I waited for close to 40 minutes for the email to be received to their computer and for it to be printed . Their servers were apparently down . Thinking the worst of my fears is over and I’m about to pay and leave . Their card machines weren’t working and I had to wait for a while for it to pick up the network . It kept declining the purchase and putting the money back in the account . And I’m obviously incurring bank charges in the midst of all this .

This is beyond terrible service . Dischem Park Station is one of Dischem’s busiest outlet and for almost everything to be slow like this is completely unprofessional and time consuming !
