********** NOISE LEVEL BY STAFF

I have never ever experienced anything like I did on 29 December 2015 at Dischem, Clearwater at about 17h00. The staff is noisy, stands all over the place having screaming conversations with each other. One of the pharmacists was laughing so loud, people started staring at him. It has become totally absurd in having to shop in such circumstances. They have no respect for customers and are blatantly arrogant, rude and garish.<br> <br> The staff pack the goods on the shelf but sits on crates in the isles in the way of customers. They refuse to let customers pass or take any items from the shelves whilst they are busy packing the isles. One has to wait for them to pass first before we are allowed to carry on with our shopping. They know nothing when asked about products, in fact they want to know nothing. It is really a sad state of affairs.
