Highly disappointed with the service I received today

Last week I was at Dischem Carlswold for my kids immunization and my and my husband's prescription from my gynae. The sister than said I needed to make an appointment because she was fully booked on the day, she said I needed to call their call center. Fair enough I sent an email on Friday as I was battling to get through to them. Monday morning a consultant returned my call and made an appointment and said that there was no need for me to make a booking for me and my husband for flu vaccination and the other injection and made an appointment for the kids. My appointment was this afternoon at 3:00 & when I get there the sister tells me that she'll only be able to attend to the kids only and as for the injection that me and my husband are supposed to get we need to make an appointment, I tried to explain to her that that consultant said there's no need for an appointment for a flue vaccine or injection and asked her that since we already there can't she inject us and she said no. I went to her superior Sam and she called her and she still insisted that there's nothing she can do and that she was fully booked. My son's injection was canceled cos he hasn't turned 6 but even so, she couldn't squeeze us in. My question is how long was our consultation supposed to be and when was her next appointment but I didn't get answers to those questions because the point I was trying to make is that we are already there and sometimes sisters are 10 minutes late for their appointment and I'm very understanding of that because they are human and not robots and some consultations take longer than others. Our consultation took 45 minutes and there were no patients at 3:30 outside her door but she was still not willing to assist us. I must say I was very disappointed in the manner I was treated, I'm highly pregnant and moving around is not as easy as before and now finding myself having to go to Dischem every week is exhausting and putting my life and my babies life at risk especially with reports stating that over 500 get infected hourly. I've never received this kind of treatment from Dischem Centurion and as a loyal customer it's my first and I doubt I'll be going back there again!
