High priority complain

I went to dischem clinic in Springs mall for immunization for my child, the nurse the name of Matshidiso assisted me but u can see that she is not willingly to assist, advised me to get a a prescription from the Gp and buy the meds in their pharmacy which I did, and come sit on a que for 2 hours, when my turn cames, she said she can not help me because its late she want to knock off, i the went to back to pharmacy to asked for a refund. Where by the Manger by the pharmacy said I can't get refund, on yhe other hand the nurse cannot help. So i find it so unhelpful and ****ed because i was adovesd to buy meds after buying i cannot being helped, when asked for manager,the pharmacy manager is defending her staff. I did not get refund. Now I'm stucked with the medicine, and I'm scared to take my child there to the people who is not willingly to assist.

Dis Chem Springs Mall is not a good place to take kids for immunization, just imagine me spending money going to a Gp. For prescription and come back buy the medicine after soo much effort the nurses tells me that it's late I must come back. What about my money, my time and customer service. They run the clinic and pharmacy as a ****A SHOP.. U can tell the customer that u need to go home after the run around that I did. And I don't like the way I was treated and the way I was explained after everything, you cannot tell the customer to come back after I paid for the service ,to me I felt like so small and I was disappointed when black woman treated another black woman like that. English says treat others the way u want to be treated. An actionust be taken against that nurse Matshidiso, I'm not that evil but one must understand when you work with people you must walk in to customer a shoes
