Herm**** Dis-Chem fantastic service

On Thursday 17 Dec we went to Herm**** Dis-Chem early morning as my husband's prescription medicine needed to be renewed that day. Upon arrival at 09:00 the store was closed due a positive Covid case. The staff very kindly explained the situation and said that the store would re-open at about 13:00 once it was sanitised. In turn we explained that, living in the next village and having commitments at 12:00, it would not be possible for us to return by 13:00. We then asked if it would be possible for the chemist to just issue the medicine and pay.

FANTASTIC customer service reply!!!! They took our card, the pharmacy issued the medicine, we paid via credit card outside the store and everything was sanitised 200% (including us).

What fabulous service! We would appreciate Dis-Chem head office to take note of this and commend the front of house staff on the extremely co-operative way in which they handled the situation .
