Heartless !

My dad of 75 years tripped and fell at your richards bay store on 14 May 25. He broke his ribs and is still recovering to date. While also recovering from stomach cancer! No one bothered to pick him up from his fall. It's apparently not their job. I PERSONALLY spoke to ur store manager, even left my number with him as well as your customer services. Not 1 person had the decency to call me to check on how he was. Since he was wheeled out of your store by paramedics that I called, straight to the hospital icu! A simple courtesy call would have gone a long way. Now I will be taking up the issue legally since for the extremely high medical expenses and my dad's pain and suffering!
