Heartbroken over disrespectful, uncaring management & Staff

This is now intolerable. It is going on for months. The management are very bias and disregards pensioners. They discriminate against people on the basis of their race, religion, age and gender. I am very saddened to find that they violate every right we have in the bill of rights because of their arrogance and disrespect for the older generation. Most of their clients are from Merebank/Bluff, yet they treat us like dirt. A lovely lady called me and promised the "Manager" would call me. He didn't. When I complained again, another lovely lady called and promised the matter would be resolved. NO ONE called me from the Bluff branch of Dischem as they are probably too high and mighty to address an ordinary, elderly customer. Really really really saddened and disappointed with the poor service received.
