My daughter went into Dischem and one of the ladies who works there started telling her how bad her facial skin was, that she spotted it the second she walked into the shop. After she shared her unsolicited opinion on my daughter's skin, she did not recommend any product until my daughter asked. Surely there is a better way to approach such a sensitive topic. My daughter is already very self conscious about her skin and doesn't need a stranger to point it out. Why she felt she had to share her opinion about a topic she wasn't required to go into , is beyond us. Please train your staff on how to approach such sensitive topics, it is unacceptable.
