Head office call etiquette

Received a phone call earlier on about an appointment I had at the Dis-Chem clinic. The lady couldn’t pronounce my name and kept asking me to confirm who she is speaking to yet she called me. She was rude and condescending and I am truly hurt as this is not a first with Dis-Chem yet I purchase there without fail every month. Extremely disappointed
