Hazardous packing

I was at the store on 12th of August 2023, to get some baby supplies with my wife and 6 month old son. As we were browsing, 2 packs of nappies fell from a stack of nappies, which was high above the shelves. I am greatful to God that he was fine as one of them landed on his tummy and not his head. Nappy packs aren't lightweight and from this height could've been very dangerous to anyone let alone a 6 month old baby. This is a serious Hazzard. Security alerted the person in charge of that area, and he apologized. I strongly suggest that proper shelving and measures are in place to avoid things like this from happening. I have sent a formal complaint via the dischem website but there was no response.
