Half an hour for now service

Last week Tuesday I waited half an hour at the \collect medicine"counter - there was NO ONE else in the queue and I was ignored even when I asked for help. When I was eventually served my prescription which I had sent in hours before was not packed yet. They then only packed one of the two and included the wrong medicine - fortunately the pharmacist insisted on checking or I would have gone home with the wrong stuff. Then when I got to the till the amount on the invoice and the scan differed by over three hundred rand as I had been given the wrong document - that took another 20 minutes to resolve. So the entire process of getting medicines \""quickly\"" took more than an hour on a Tuesday afternoon in an empty store. I complained on line and have to date had no one contact me. """
