Haasendal Gables dischem staff and refund

I bought items and swiped my bank card and don't have a dischem card or the slip and canal walk returned a item by seeing that I swiped my card in their store and refunded me. I went to haasendal Gables dischem and the arrogant manager Stanton didn't want to refund or really assist. I want a refund for 2 items as I bought it in access and don't require it. I want my refund and transaction is proof from my bank statement. I want the area manager to contact me and get my refund in cash not a voucher also, address your staff and their customer service s****s at Haasendal Gables.
