Greystone crossing poor customer service

I have done several click and collect orders as it's more convenient for me... But for 3 times now I collected my order At Greystone Crossing Rustenburg and the lady at the customer care is soo incredibly rude to a person the first time I Thought maybe she had a bad day the second time She was just rude and treated me like a nuisance and the last time they did not have frozen cards instock I was told by a different lady to please come back when they have stock .. I was not issued a slip because it's in their files so when I returned it was the lady with the horrible attitude she called the manager and was very snobby saying my name and surname when I entered and said it's jessica she immediately knew my surname and then the attitude started so I don't know if I did something to **** her off but then straight up tell me don't do a click and collect at our store again but treating me like trash is unacceptable
